磁电互补——利用“TST变量补偿传感器”，构建“三维息磁感应桥”探伤工艺装置，实时捕捉钢丝绳损伤信号；在电磁回路与“损伤磁场”电磁感应的交互作用下，对钢丝绳损伤及隐患息提取。
行程计量——采用高精度光电编码器提供高密度采样信号，准确记录损伤位置信息。
探伤信息服务分析——实现探伤曲线实时显示、探伤数据分析储存、损伤分定量判别、历史数据对比查询和钢丝绳探伤报告打印等。
