Project Description:

On March 31, 2017, Guangxin Equipment Company officially launched the relocation project of a rail-mounted gantry crane of "Fuzhou Port-Taiwan Port Company". The project adopts the method of assembly and closing after demolition and relocation. It is responsible for relocating a rail-type gantry crane from Fuzhou Kuiqi Wharf to the rear yard of Luoyuan Bay Ludao Wharf of Fuzhou Port, including disassembly, hoisting, transportation, installation and commissioning. Waiting for all work for turnkey project.
The relocated gantry crane weighs 70 tons and involves multiple types of work, multiple links, and multiple orientations. It is used for high-altitude operations and large-scale lifting operations. In order to ensure the safe and smooth relocation of the gantry crane, Guangxin Equipment Project Department scientifically organizes and finely organizes, constantly optimizes the installation plan, and confesses the safety technology to everyone on the site. From the preliminary survey of the project, scheme design, on-site demonstration, customer communication, organizational construction, on-site management, etc., detailed deployments were made to strictly control the installation accuracy and safety protection requirements, ensuring the successful completion of the disassembly and installation of the gantry crane.
On April 26, 2017, after sufficient preparation and partial rectification on site, the equipment was safely and smoothly dismantled and landed and hoisted onto the ship. After a day's shipment to the Luoyuan Ludao terminal, it was hoisted in place again. The newly-painted equipment stands at the forefront of the new terminal with a brand-new appearance. After re-installation and commissioning, it was successfully accepted for delivery to customers.
