煤矿用织物叠层阻燃输送带产品为国内首创，采用MT830-2008《煤矿用织物叠层阻燃输送带》为产品出厂检验标准，产品质量、安全阻燃等各项性能不仅填补了国内煤矿用织物叠层阻燃输送带的空白，更达到国际领先水平，通过了中国石化联合会组织的科技成果鉴定。
特性：
1、使用寿命长：平均屈挠寿命可达100万次以上，在正常工况条件下，覆盖胶磨损寿命可达1000-3000万吨过煤量，是所有品种塑料整芯带的3-5倍。2、耐寒性优良：在零下20°C使用条件下，整芯带变硬变脆，而叠层织物阻燃输送带依然柔软可用。
3、接头强度高：钢卡接头强度约为原带体强度80%（整芯带50%），胶接接头强度约为原带体强度的90%，胶接接头使用寿命几乎等同带体整体使用寿命。
4、带体轻薄：便于煤矿井下重复使用。
产品结构：
产品以分层聚酯帆布叠加后为骨架层，覆以阻燃性能良好的粘合胶、覆盖胶经硫化而成。
