Project Description:
In April 2019, Golink Equipment Technical Service Team successfully completed the dismantling project of two 16-ton gantry cranes of Yuanhong International Port (Fujian) Co., Ltd.
Yuanhong International Port (Fujian) Co., Ltd. covers an area of 30 hectares and is a 30,000-ton wharf with a high-pile beam-slab structure. The equipment layout at the front of the wharf is relatively compact, and the cement conveyor belt device newly added in the later stage, the dismantling site is very narrow, and some of the available sites are less than 10 meters wide. The dismantling equipment for this project is two 16T cranes with bucket door seats that have reached the scrap standard, produced by Shanghai Port Machinery in the 1990s. The door machine is an old model, the structure is relatively bulky, the theoretical weight of the whole machine is up to 450 tons, and the technical requirements for on-site construction are relatively high.
After receiving the demand for the project, Golink immediately convened an expert team to formulate a corresponding dismantling construction plan according to its model characteristics and field conditions, and visited the site with the owner for multiple surveys and discussions. The optimized construction plan was obtained. Recognition by owners of leaders at all levels. After the signing of the project contract, Golink was led by the chief engineer Gao Chunlin and led a team of more than 20 elite soldiers to the dismantling project stationed in Yuanhong Terminal. The dismantling project team overcomes many difficulties such as narrow construction site, more hidden dangers in cross production operations, serious corrosion of the whole machine, heavy rain and weather, etc. At all costs, renting equipment including two large-ton truck cranes for collaborative operation, carefully organized and worked hard After struggling, after day and night struggle, the construction task was successfully completed.
